I love love love this article! I’m the type of person that needs to see an example/visuals. I’m also the type of person that goes bonkers over project management, especially as it relates to healthcare.

I think this article does an excellent job of highlighting project management basics, risk analysis, and the importance of change management. It also supports my last blog post on SMART goals.
