I have a friend who's known for putting things in perspective for our friend group via a gentle shake of our shoulders while staring us in the eyes and saying, 'It's not all about you.' It's a very welcome wakeup call for us personally and why this article resonated so much with me. The quote, "It's not about the PMO" really touched my soul.
